Know who you are in Christ

For the following few weeks I will focus on our identity in Christ. We are in the time of the year that celebrates the coming of Christ to the world and I feel that it is appropriate to emphasise what this means to us and who we are in Christ. 

Today we will start with Ephesians 5:8b " ...,but now you are light in the Lord, walk as children of light."

Darkness hides that which is wrong. Choose to do everything from the light (from God). Address darkness in you life and do not allow it in your environment or your life. Speak light over every situation. Herewith a few scriptures that you can proclaim and that will help you to live a life in the light of God:

• John 1:4
• Isaiah 9:1
