Encouragement for prayer

In Colossians 4:2 Paul wrote to the church at Colosse to "Continue earnestly in prayer, being vigilant in it with thanksgiving" (NKJV).

Have you ever got tired of praying for someone or some cause? When you feel tired of praying, don't stop. Know that God is present (regardless of how you feel), He always listens, He always answers - maybe not in the way that you expect, but in ways that He knows are best.

Today I pray for you (Eph 1:17-19, NKJV)" that God may give you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, the eyes of your understanding be enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of his calling, what are the riches and the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power."
