Don’t believe anything or everything either!

WHAT DO YOU BELIEVE?

Jesus told his disciples that they should believe in God and in Him, (John 14:1). What should we believe regarding Jesus and His Father? If we base what we believe regarding Jesus and our heavenly Father on our circumstances, experiences and the words of men, our faith will easily be shaken. In such a case we will conclude that God is love when other people loves us and that He is loveless when people break our hearts. Then God will only be good if our lives are filled with joy and peace, and his goodness diminishes when we feel neglected, alone and anxious. There must be more to God than our earthly experiences, don’t you think?

Praise God, there is! Jesus also told his disciples that even the heavenly constellations and the earth will disappear, before one single word from God’s mouth will be altered or shown untruthful, (Matthew 5:18; 24:35). With this knowledge in mind it is easier to understand what we should believe regarding Jesus and our heavenly Father. Whatever the Bible teaches us about Jesus and our Creator God is true. If the Bible says He redeems, it means that his redemption is working powerfully to save us for eternity, as well as on earth in every situation we might find ourselves. He is as true as his Word and cannot lie, (Numbers 23:19). Whatever He said, will happen and every word out of God’s mouth will accomplish the goal that was set for it, (Isaiah 55:11). Not one single word of God will return void unto Him. Therefore we should believe that Jesus is who He said He is! And that his Word, is true!

Don’t let people, the facts of life or your circumstances dictate what you believe about God. Don’t you let anybody rob you of the real Jesus! He is, He was and He will forever be the Christ, your Savior in all circumstances! Accept and receive these truths within your spirit and call your thoughts, emotions and will to come in agreement with God’s Word. Never doubt his promises and see your physical life change to come in agreement. He is who He said He is and He’ll do what He said He’ll do. Yes, for you! Just receive!

Februarie boodskap

Liewe Turn2God vriend

Bestel gerus by Adri adri@turn2god.co.za

JAN 2012

BOODSKAP

The Bible caters for all of us and all our needs. The most illiterate person can understand the saving message of God’s love, while the most genius theologian will be able to intrigue you with the symbolic value of the numbers in the Bible. Most of us know that 3 symbolizes completeness, as in the Trinity, where Father, Son and Holy Spirit are in complete fullness and wholeness of existence and relationship.

7 symbolizes perfection and can be understood as 3 + 4. Three indicates the Trinity and 4 indicates the 4 corners of the earth or die 4 directions of the wind. Wherever 7 is used it reflects the omnipresence of God over all the earth. Therefore there are 7 Spirits before the throne in Revelations 1:4.

8 symbolizes grace and 12 represents government. There were 12 tribes in Judaism and 12 disciples were called by our Savior.  In Revelations 4 the heavenly elders are described as two times 12 – representing both the old- and the new covenants. We are presently living in 2012. This is the year of government. Therefore it is not co-incidental that the ANC has centenary celebrations during the year of government.

We as Christians are able to work towards godly government in all spheres of life. Where ever God reigns He promised that His children will be covered in blessings and will experience peace:

Blessed shall you be in the city and blessed shall you be in the country.

Blessed shall be the fruit of your body, the produce of your ground and the increase of your herds, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flocks.

Blessed shall be your basket and your kneading bowl.

Blessed shall you be when you come in and blessed shall you be when you go out.

The Lord will cause your enemies who rise against you to be defeated before your face; they shall come out against you one way and flee before you seven ways.

The Lord will command the blessings on you in your storehouses and in all to which you set your hand and He will bless you in the land which the Lord your God is giving you.

Beloved, choose today: who will you serve? People, your own interests or the one and only living God. Who ever chooses the latter will share in the eternal Kingdom of God our Father, Jesus Christ our Lord and the Holy Spirit!

Pronounce and practice with me in in your personal life the governance of Jesus Christ during 2012 and it will impact SA!

Be blessed!

NOVEMBER

MANY BLESSINGS

October 2011 was once again filled with God’s grace and love. We had many highlights in the past year. The Esther Musical in the State Theatre in the past month was such an event.

BLOEMFONTEIN

We had a wonderful camp in Bloemfontein and experienced a deep work of God in the rose city. God healed many women: some spiritually, others in their souls and even physical healings took place! What a blessing! Thank you for the way in which you serve God in Bloemfontein!  After a weekend of hard work, we were refreshed. Karin, you and the women of Pellisier were a blessing to us and you allowed the Holy Spirit to work, thank you!

KUALA LUMPUR

This outreach was another highlight in our yearly calendar. We were invited by a group of South African believers, who worship at The Bridge International Church to minister in Kuala Lumpur.

The theme of the conference: Not by sight but by faith, was founded in the Thursday morning Bible Study series, broadcasted on Kruiskyk and available on DVD. God touched us all and raised his children up to walk in faith. Dearly beloved, do you still remember our slogan? Believe in God! Believe in Christ! Believe His Word! We are remembering you in our prayers!

UPINGTON

From 11-13 November we are ministering in Upington. What a privilege to be allowed to work with God to advance His Kingdom. We are grateful for the faith of people like oom Daan, who longs to see his congregation prosper. Pray with us that God will manifest Himself in our midst.

TIME TO REMEMBER AND THANK GOD

As the year runs out we need to remember how wonderful God is and how He blessed us in the past year. So many prayers were answered, so many blessings bestowed upon us.

I pray that your thirst and hunger for God will increase daily and that you will grow into a deeper dimension of understanding and experiencing the fullness of Christ!

Be blessed in abundance!
