Ezekiel 18:30b-32

Cast away from you all the transgressions which you have committed, and get yourselves a new heart and a new spirit. For why should you die, o house of Israel *(SA)?   • Registration as a Non-Profit Organisation (NPO) in accordance with the Non-Profit Organisations Act, 1997;
  • Registration as a Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) in accordance with Section 30 of the Income Tax Act, 58/1962;
  • Registration in accordance with Section 18a of the Income Tax Act, 58/1962;
  • Proof of Equivalence in accordance with the requirements for Charitable Organisations (US authorities; only when/if required); and
